Jorge Moratinos Salcines is an R&D Expert Engineer in the Discovery Area at Telefónica Innovación Digital (TID). With over 14 years of experience, he has been dedicated to innovation projects in the field of communications, including NGIN, SS7 protocol, 3G, 4G, and 5G, within Telefónica. His versatile roles encompass developer, QA, Designer, and Architect. Furthermore, Jorge has demonstrated proficiency in project management, having successfully contributed to the Evolved5G EU-funded project. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the initial CAPIF implementation, which serves as the foundation for OpenCAPIF, and continued to oversee the development and QA throughout the project’s duration.
