We are proud to announce our presence in the 2026 edition of SNS4SNS, Software & Standards for Smart Networks & Services, which will take place in Sophia-Antipolis, FR from 2-5 February 2026.

Overview

SNS4SNS is an event that brings together open source communities, industry standardisation, and cutting edge research initiatives for the future development of next generation networks and services. The event will consist of conferences, panel discussions, demos, tutorials and hackfests, where participants can delve into the world of open source software communities.

The meeting will be held in English, and in-person only. Some of the tutorials/hackfests will be recorded and published afterward.

Tutorial

We held a very sucessful tutorial on Monday, showcasing OpenCAPIF’s sandbox!

Conference, Hackaton, Demos

We had a very busy week! Here are some highlights:

  • 1️⃣ Dimitris Tsolkas (Fogus Innovations and Services P.C.) held a presentation about OpenCAPIF being an “open and interoperable framework for API management”.
  • 2️⃣ Claudia Carballo Gonzalez (i2CAT Research Centre) presented a demo on “OpenCAPIF #SDK in action: From CAMARA API exposure to consumption” and poster on “Facilitating interoperable API ecosystems: OpenCAPIF and CAMARA integration”.
  • 3️⃣ Sergio Giménez Antón (i2CAT Research Centre) presented a poster on “Intent-driven network automation with an Intent-engine, CAMARA, and OpenCAPIF for B5G/6G infrastructures”.
  • 4️⃣ Stauros Charismiadis (Fogus Innovations and Services P.C.) represented on stage OpenCAPIF on our cross-SDGs efforts with the launch of a long term infrastructure/lab for cross-collaboration between SDGs and friends!
  • 5️⃣ Kamel Sadani (NGISLABS.AI) came with a poster on “NGIS/IDT: Intent-Driven Transport and Predictive Zero-Buffer QoS for AI Workloads”.
  • 6️⃣ Giulio Carota (EURECOM) demoed “API-aware telco cloud orchestration with open-exposure NEF and CAPIF”.
